1. Identifying details
In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce, the identifying details of the owner of this website are set out at the foot of this page.
2. Purpose and terms of use
This website provides institutional information about the firm and its practice areas. Accessing and browsing it confers the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms.
Users undertake to make proper use of the content and not to use it for unlawful activities, activities harmful to the rights of third parties, or activities that may damage, disable or overload the website.
3. No professional relationship
The information published on this site is general and informative in nature. It does not constitute legal advice and does not replace professional consultation on a specific case. Legislation and case law evolve, and their application depends on the particular circumstances of each matter.
Accessing this site, reading its content or sending a message through the contact form does not create a professional relationship between the user and the firm. That relationship arises only once the engagement has been expressly accepted and the corresponding engagement letter has been signed.
4. Services available through the site
The fixed-fee services published in the Shop section constitute an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. The fees shown correspond to engagements of standard scope and exclude taxes, duties and disbursements.
Acceptance of an engagement requires a prior assessment of the matter by the firm and the signing of the professional engagement letter, which sets out scope, fees and timing. The firm may decline an engagement, in particular where a conflict of interest arises or where the matter falls outside its areas of practice.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of this site — text, design, source code, trade marks and distinctive signs — belong to the firm or are used by it under sufficient licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the owner’s express written authorisation is prohibited. Partial quotation of published articles is permitted provided the source is cited and linked to the original publication.
6. Liability
The firm endeavours to keep the content up to date and free of errors, but does not warrant the absence of inaccuracies or the uninterrupted availability of the service. It accepts no liability for damage arising from use of the published information or from access to third-party sites linked from this website, whose content is beyond its control.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user’s domicile where the user is a consumer and, in all other cases, to those of the domicile of the website owner.
